We are very excited to announce that we are able to host indoor visitation for residents who meet the required criteria.  We will also continue to host supervised outdoor visits in the designated areas as well as compassionate care visits and video calls.  If you are interested in scheduling a day and time to visit your loved one in person please contact Social Services.  For video calls please contact the Activity Department.

Do you have beds available?

Bed availability can change on a daily basis. Please contact the Admissions Department for availability.

Do you have Social Workers to assist with discharge planning?

Yes, upon admissions, our social worker will meet with you and discuss the plan of care for the resident. They will follow up on the progress throughout the care plan and will meet with you to assist with discharge planning and initiate any home services desired.

How do I admit a loved one from the hospital?

Inform the social worker at the hospital that you desire admission to McComb Nursing & Rehab. They will contact and fax the referral to our Admissions Department

How do I admit a loved one from home?

There are certain forms that need to be completed by the primary care physician including a History and Physical, State OBRA screening, admission order and a list of medications. The physician’s office will be familiar with these forms but please contact us; we would love to assist you.
